Vendor Registration

On behalf of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Optimist Club, we would like to say THANK YOU for being a part of the15^th Annual Cops ‘n Cars for KidsCar Show, January 25, 2020, from 10am-4pm. Day of Event information will be emailed out no later than Wednesday, January 22, 2020.

The Car Show is located in the parking lot of the Oviedo Mall, 1700 Oviedo Mall Blvd.  The Car Show is divided into 6 areas:

• Kid Zone
• Demonstration Area
• First Responders
• Food Vendors
• Car Show Area
• Car Show Vendors

The following are the policies for the Cops ‘n Cars for Kids Car Show:

A vendor is defined as a single business or agency that has chosen to participate in the Car Show.   Vendors will be placed in the appropriate area based on business or agency type. We encourage any organizations with more than one business to be a part of our Car Show; however, each business will be assigned to their appropriate area with no exceptions.  If an organization submits more than one vendor, then the organization will be responsible to pay a vendor fee for each business.

All vendors will be allowed to display one demonstration vehicle (if desired).  Demonstration vehicles must be a wrapped vehicle or a vehicle with a specialized installation.  All demo vehicles must be in place by no later than 9:00 am. By 9:00 am all non-demo vehicles will need to be out of the vendor area for safety reasons.  If a vendor arrives after 9:00 am they will need to unload and walk in their equipment to their designated area.  Please be sure to allow your organization the appropriate amount of time for set up and removal of vehicles.  Once again, this is for the safety of the public, staff, and other vendors.

Booth vendors are welcome to have one additional demonstration vehicle at a cost of $ 100.00. If a booth vendor desires more than 2 demo vehicles, then the vendor will be required to select and pay for the appropriate Sponsorship Level. There will be no exceptions. See Sponsorship information for adding additional demonstration vehicles. All vendors, Sponsors, demo vehicle information, and final payment must be in by December 20, 2019.

No vendor will be allowed to sell or give away water, food, and other services unless they are approved by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Optimist Club.

All transactions are final. There will be No Refunds.

Any violations of our policies could result in the vendor(s) not being allowed to participate in future car shows.
